What’s wrong with this sentence?

“The actions of one or two people does not reflect the opinions of the entire committee.”

The quoted sentence has a subject-verb agreement error. The plural subject the actions does not agree with the singular auxiliary verb does in number. To correct the sentence, change does to do.
