What’s wrong with this sentence?
“He is working feverish to finish his thesis.”
The quoted sentence has an adjective/adverb error. The adjective feverish may not be used to modify the verb is working. To correct the sentence, change feverish to feverishly.
He is working feverishly to finish his thesis.
